The Process

If you’re considering working with Studio Croft, the best place to start is by booking a complimentary discovery call. It’s a relaxed, 15 minute chat where we can connect, talk through your project, and hear all about your magic-wand ideas. It’s also the perfect opportunity for us both to see whether Studio Croft is the right fit for your project.

When working with Studio Croft the first step of the design process is an in-depth consultation. This allows me to gather all the information needed to create your initial layout plan, concept and mood board.

These are then presented and discussed during a scheduled call, approximately two weeks after the consultation. Any revisions identified during this call will be addressed and communicated via a follow-up call or touchpoint within the following week. The same process applies to any subsequent revisions.

The package includes two rounds of revisions for both the concept and layout. Any additional revisions beyond this will be charged at a rate of £25 per hour, which includes both design work and time spent communicating revisions.

Once the design has been approved, you may wish to upgrade to the Full Room design package or proceed with Studio Croft’s procurement services, or additions. Timelines for these services are discussed on a project-by-project basis and depend on factors such as installation schedules, supplier lead times, and Studio Croft availability.

Your dream concept, mood board, and layout plan can be ready in as little as two weeks. While this is possible, I always recommend planning ahead and allowing ample time for design services well in advance of any installation or project deadlines. More time allows for a smoother process, thoughtful decision making, and far less stress, which ultimately leads to the best results.

The Timeline

1. Discovery call

2. Consultation

3. Presentation of

timescale dependant on how many rounds of revisions

Consider if you require any further services, timescales agreed on a project by project basis

Please note: Any additional services added will subsequently effect the timeline.
